Saturday, October 20 was the last opportunity this season to participate in the Laugh and Learn Workshop at the Hughes Community Center. The half-day workshop was a hands-on opportunity to improve communication, increase creativity and feel more comfortable interacting with people in a variety of settings.
The workshop is facilitated by John Fort, a collaborative process specialist with a background in multi-stakeholder negotiations and improvisational theater. Mr. Fort leads participants through a series of fun yet challenging exercises that help them learn about and overcome their unique challenges in improving communication, creativity and collaborative process skills.
